Retained support would offer your business ongoing monthly HR support for a fixed amount of hours and a fixed monthly price.
How much does a retainer cost?
Each retained services package is individually tailored to the clients needs.
Do I get a fixed amount of hours to use with Core HR each month?
Yes, however this is agreed following an initial meeting where business needs are detailed and a proposal is then created based on this.
How do I know I’m getting value for money?
By working with Core HR, you will be gaining HR Manager level expertise at a monthly support level to suit your business. This support is also readily available to you at a fraction of the cost of employing an in-house HR Manager.
Do I have to sign up for a long contract?
No. Our minimum contract term is 6 months with most clients opting for a 12 month contract. All contracts are reviewed on a 3 month basis to ensure best value.
Is retained HR support expensive?
We have retained support packages to support most budgets, so we’re confident you’ll be satisfied with our pricing.
